Exchanges & Returns – 3MMC ZONE
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return your products within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
Once your return meets our conditions, you will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Notes
We aim to describe all products as accurately as possible through text and images. However:
- Slight variations in appearance may occur
- Colors may differ depending on your screen settings
If you have any doubts, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns are not accepted for:
- Opened or unsealed products
- Products with a limited shelf life
- Hygiene-sensitive items
- Custom or made-to-order products
Once a sealed product has been opened, the purchase is considered final.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, please:
- Return your order in accordance with our return policy
- Place a new order via our webshop
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused and sealed
- Returned in the original packaging
- Properly packaged to avoid damage
- Sent back within 14 days of receipt
If a product or packaging is damaged, a reduction in refund value may apply.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
Return Process
- Returns must be registered in advance via our return form
- Unregistered returns will not be processed
- We do not offer in-person returns or pickup services
