Right of Withdrawal – 3MMC ZONE
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
During this period, you may inspect the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. Products must be handled with care and returned in their original condition and packaging.
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Products must be returned unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Products)
Certain products cannot be returned due to their nature.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products with a limited shelf life
- Hygiene-sensitive items
- Sealed products that have been opened after delivery
- Custom or made-to-order products
Once the seal is broken or the product has been opened, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
